The Indoors
There are dimmers on nearly every light in the house, giving you options to set the mood in which you desire. There are black-out curtains and dark shutters to make sure movie nights and sleeping in are ideal, as well as retracting glass doors to allow for you to bring the outdoors in. The entire kitchen and living room open up to the resort style backyard. There is an in-home gym, a steam shower, and a massage room. Both tubs in the upstairs bathrooms have jacuzzi jets. All kitchen appliances are Viking. The bars inside and outside both have refrigerators, ice-makers and sinks. New 10 ton AC/HEATING units were installed in 2016. The island in the kitchen is very large and perfect for entertaining.
The Outdoors
The resort style backyard/outdoor kitchen allows for ultimate relaxation, complete with a outdoor games (ping pong, giant Jenga, volleyball, badminton) for some fun in the sun! The gazebo in the backyard has everything from complete bar to comfortable furniture. There are two large king size day-beds outside for lounging. The BBQ area is fully equipped, and the pool has a commercial size heater. The backyard also features a 6 person hot tub and two large enclosed dog turfs.
