"Incredible house for a large group! My friends and I planned our 10 year college reunion together here this past weekend, and the house was absolutely perfect for our event! We had 12 of us and spent the afternoons floating in the pool, BBQing, and playing ping pong and foosball. The house EASILY slept us all and there were ample bathrooms, towels...etc for a group of this size. This house could have easily slept several more. The house's open layout is absolutely perfect for a large group! Most importantly was its central location to everything that we did all weekend. It was only about a 30 minute drive to do the infamous river float, and only about 10 minutes to Top Golf and Old Town Scottsdale. We are already talking about coming back next year! Thanks for everything Alex, the house truly made the weekend!"
"We had a wonderful stay in Alex's home! We slept comfortably and had three empty beds...it could easily sleep 12-14 or more. We really appreciated all of the extra touches (e.g., toothpaste, lotion, hair dryers in the bathrooms). The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Our favorite part of the house was the gigantic sofa that sat all 8 of us comfortably... perfect for 8 gals! The house is in a beautiful, upscale, quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from major restaurants, shops. We loved Maverick for morning coffee, close by. All in all a great stay!"

"This space was perfect for our group! So many activities and a beautiful backyard oasis. Hosts were incredibly helpful and quick to respond when I had questions. The location was great as well! "The house is pure fun - from the hot tub to the beer pong table to the vintage pac-man. Beds are comfortable. It is very clean. Host is thoughtful and available, but gives you complete privacy. We loved our stay. It is great for all generations."

"The space is great! Especially for medium to large groups, plenty of room and beds for everyone. The "casino" downstairs is a huge bonus. It is a great room to just hang out in to occasionally escape the Arizona heat with a variety of games and things to do. Backyard is spacious with plenty of lounge chairs and a nice cabana around the pool. The location is perfect, we felt close to everything. Hosts are great with timely and thorough responses."

"Great house! We had 8 golfers staying at the property. Everyone had their own room. Very clean. Lots of towels pillows and blankets. House probably hasn’t been updated since the early 90s but hey... Mansion life in the early 90s were awesome. No question a 5 star house and a 5 star host. Hot tub was always hot. Tons of keurig kcups for morning coffee. Tons of new TVs. Huge huge master. We ran out of a few items which were promptly delivered to the doorstep within an hour which was appreciated. If you are looking for a huge accommodating cozy place...this is it."
"Great space for a large group. We had 24 people- 8 families including 10 teenagers who were able to relax, play, swim, sit and talk by the fire, and enjoy meals together comfortably. We had everything we needed, and were able to reach out to the host and received extras like a speaker to play our music in minutes. Highly recommend!"
"The house is amazing and very comfortably slept all the 23 women at my bachelorette party. All the beds, sheets, and towels were very comfortable and we thankfully never ran out of towels despite many dips in the pool and hot tub. Daniel was an attentive host and quickly hooked us up when we needed him!"
