This unique Scottsdale home is split level – meaning there are four stories, including the basement. There are 6+ bedrooms, and 10 total beds.

The main level is the living room, kitchen, dining room, and the backyard. The kitchen/living area features seating at the large island, which is perfect for entertaining! The large couch is perfect for watching the large TV or lounging with friends. There is a work station set up behind the couch, for those that need a desk to work at during their stay.

The upstairs features a master suite, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. There is a second full bathroom upstairs for the guests in the queen and twin rooms to use.

The mid level (below the main level) features a second master suite and 2 additional bedrooms that both have 2 full beds in them. There is a second full bathroom on this floor for the guests in the rooms with the full beds to use. One of the bathrooms on this level features a steam shower, so that you feel like you’re at the spa, without having to leave the comforts of home.

From the mid level, you take stairs down to the basement, and enter the casino! Upon entering the casino, you will find a pool table, dart board, Ms. Pacman arcade machine (refurbished genuine machine, with all of the fun original games!), bar, craps/blackjack table, roulette table, and poker table. There are over 1000 chips for your game nights. There is also a large TV with cable and a sitting area. The couch in the casino room is a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and can accommodate two additional guests.
