are check-in and check-out times flexible?
Our standard check-in time is 3 PM and our standard check-out time is 11 AM. During busy season, we often have back-to-back rentals, which means that guests are checking out the same day as the next guests are checking in. Therefore, we often have to be strict regarding check-in and check-out times so that our cleaning crew has enough time to get the house ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for an earlier arrival or later departure. It’s always best to ask us about changing check-in and/or check-out times close to the date of your reservation.
How do we check-in?
We will offer you the option of either a guided tour upon check-in or self check-in. Should you choose a guided check-in, either one of the owners will meet you at the home to give you a quick tour and answer any questions that you might have. Otherwise, we will provide you with a custom code for the lock box or keyless entry pad (depending on the house) and you will be able to let yourself in. We provide a guidebook via email ahead of time, which includes information such as how to control the air conditioning and where extra towels are stored. There is a copy of the guidebook in the home as well. However, if needed, we are always available via phone or text should you have questions upon self check-in.
is the pool and/or hot tub heated?
All houses have a pool and a hot tub. The hot tub will be heated to 102 and ready to go for your stay, free of charge. All of our rentals are equipped with pool heaters, and the pools can be heated for a fee. Dependent on the type of heater, temperature outside, and the size of the pool, the fee for heating will vary. Please contact us for exact fee for the specific home at which you’ll be staying!
are parties, weddings, or events allowed?
Small parties that do not exceed the number of maximum guests allowed to sleep at the home are permissible. For inquires and information regarding special events please reach out here.
do the houses have wifi?
All of our homes are equipped with high speed internet. The wifi name and password are included in the guidebook that you will receive via email before check-in. There is also a copy of the guidebook printed for your reference in each of the homes. All of the homes also have one or more smart TV(s) with Netflix, Hulu, etc.
What household items are included?
We try to make your stay similar to a hotel stay – only better! All houses are stocked with the necessities to make your stay stress-free: shampoo, conditioner, blow-dryers, kitchenware, etc. We also have plenty of blankets, pillows, bath towels, & pool towels. We also have Keurig coffee makers and our coffee stations are stocked with complimentary K-cups, creamers, and sugar. We do our best to ensure that you have everything you need, and more!
