The Indoors

Sol Villa comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests across four private wings – offering everyone their own space while staying connected.

Wing One features a king suite with a private en-suite bathroom, plus 2 additional bedrooms with double beds and a shared hallway bath. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

Wing Two mirrors Wing One with two bedrooms each featuring 2 double beds, plus a secondary king suite with its own en-suite. This wing includes two full bathrooms and also sleeps 6 adults.

Wing Three offers a flexible setup with a bedroom that has 2 double beds and a massage room that can convert into an eighth bedroom with two twin rollaway beds (upon request). It also houses the ultimate game room—equipped with a pool table, poker/game table, darts, and an arcade machine loaded with 50+ classics like Pac-Man and Galaga.

Wing Four is the main gathering space, complete with an open-concept kitchen, island seating, a large dining table for 12, and a cozy living area with a sectional and big-screen TV—perfect for shared meals and movie nights.

Step outside to your private paradise featuring a heated pool, bubbling hot tub, outdoor fire pit, ping pong table, putting green, and spacious BBQ area under a covered gazebo with seating for all. Scottsdale sunsets have never looked better.

"A perfect stay for our family with plenty of room, a beautiful outdoor patio, comfortable and clean interior living space. The games outside and in the basement were a bonus. The home was in a great location with good shopping and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful time, thank you!"

"Great spot for large groups. One non-negotiable we had during our search was requiring an actual bed for us 12 adults and Alex's place came through with comfortable beds for all. The kitchen was full of all necessary utensils for any sort of cooking. The hot tub + pool were nice to relax into after a hot day in the sun. The putting green out back was fun for some friendly putting contests. The basement room made for a nice night of poker in. Would highly recommend this listing for large groups! Thanks Alex + team!"
